Troolari Olympos Oy is a Finnish company founded in 1993. We specialize in herring trawl-fishing and producing raw materials for other production units.
Process & capacity
We have two trawlers with RSW tanks and a modern grading station according to EU standards. The freezing capacity of our production plant per day is approximately 50 tons. Our total storage capacity is 500 tons.
We also buy fish from other trawlers with RSW tanks. The fish is delivered directly from the fishermen to the customers without intermediaries.
